“New” Tournament Reservation Deposit
A “non-refundable booking fee” of $400.00 is required to hold and lock in an event date. We will permit a courtesy hold of up to 10 days for your selected event date. Your date will be released if your booking fee is not received within ten (10) days.
A signed copy of this contract must accompany your deposit.
Shotgun Golf Event Pricing:
Monday 9AM Shotgun – $50 per/person
Tuesday – Friday 9AM Shotgun – $70 per/person
Weekend 9AM Shotgun – $95 per/person
Weekend 1PM Shotgun – $80 per/person
Monday Holidays $70 per/person
Included in your price:
18-hole green fees.
18-hole cart fees.
*WGCC owns 65 carts for a maximum of 130 golfers. Additional carts can be rented with a minimum 6-week advanced notice at an additional expense to you.
Personalized cart signage.
Personalized scorecards.
Professionally scored event.
Use of a temperature-controlled banquet room and a staffed bar.
*No alcoholic beverages permitted to be brought onto club grounds at any time for consumption.
WGC&CC requires a minimum of 80 golfers to reserve and close the entire golf course for a shotgun start tournament.
Complimentary personalized cart signage and scorecards require final information 4 business days prior to your scheduled event.
The final payment for your outing is due the day of the event.
*Invoices not paid will incur a 18% APR finance charge or $25 per day. (whichever is greater.)
