1. White stakes out of bounds; No. 1 - right side and rear of green; No. 2 - left of and rear of green; No. 7 - left and rear of green; No.'s 8, 14, 15 and 16 - left; No. 11 and 13 - right; No. 18 - right and left; No.'s 4, 6, 15 and 18 - rear of green.
