Cancellations:
Up to two weeks before your event you may cancel any or all of your reserved times without penalty.
Five days before your event you will be asked to confirm the number of tee times you wish to reserve. That number will represent the number of tee times for which you will be charged. (Each tee time represents (4) green fees).

Golf Cart Policy:
All special events scheduled are required to use golf carts.

Dress Code:
Players must be properly attired.
Tank Tops and cut-offs are unacceptable
.
Shirts with collars must be worn.

Food and Beverages:
No person or Group may bring food or beverage (bought or donated) to Westminster Country Club for purposes of consumption. Such items can be raffled off for benefit. Failure to adhere to this will result in $150.00 charge and or expulsion from the property.
Westminster Country Club will provide adequate food and refreshments at fair and reasonable prices.

An expanded menu can be arranged through the Westminster Country Club.

Payment of Fees:
Payment of all fees and associated charges must be paid before or on the day of the tournament. Westminster Country Club does not carry accounts; therefore, arrangements should be made within your organization to settle all accounts in full before or on the day of the event.
