Payment Options: No reminder will be sent when payments are due. A 1/2 Finance Charge per month will be assessed to any unpaid balance. This is an annual rate of 18%. Anyone playing golf and not current on their dues will be charged green fees and still be responsible for the balance of their dues, without exception. Golfer acknowledges and expressly assumes the risk of injuries to themselves or others, both on or off the golf course, in playing this golf course and expressly waives and releases any claim for injuries attributable there to. | |
